This historic villa is located on the second floor. You will get the whole second floor space to enjoy your time in the beautiful city of McGregor. Located just across the street from the mighty Mississippi it has amazing views of the river and you can hear live music when it is happening at Big Bouys Marina! You will be able to access the second floor of the property. Both the upper and lower units are occupied by other guests. Historic downtown McGregor is truly a gem. The American House is located just across the street from Kwik Star for convenience and just a few blocks from all of the shops and cafes. Street parking is available, there is also parking across the street by the Marina and the railroad. Please note: Both the upper and lower units are occupied by other guests so please do not go up or down the stairs or open doors to the other units.
